New European routes from LHR

British Airways has announced the launch of three new shorthaul routes from London Heathrow for the Summer 2016 season.

Biarritz (BIQ):

· Located on the Atlantic coast of south-west France, south of Bordeaux and close to the Spanish border

· Fashionable summer seaside resort, famous for surfing

· Biarritz Pay-Basque Airport is located 5km southeast of the city, with approx. 1.1million customers served

· Palermo International Airport, also called Falcone-Borsellino Airport, is located 35km northwest of the city. Serving 4.5 million passengers in 2014, it is the second busiest airport of Sicily after Catania (CTA).
