Beyond 365 Groups

British Airways has launched a new online service ‘Beyond 365’, which will enable Group agents around the world to make bookings for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games over 365 days in advance. This dedicated Groups service will be available from 14 March 2011 for flights operating on BA mainline and City Flyer services into London for travel between 01 July and 14 September 2012.

Available 24 hours a day, Beyond 365 is an advanced online Groups reservations system which will allow agents to obtain quotations and make reservations for travel during the London 2012 Games. The entire Groups sales process can completed online, including reservations, naming, seat allocation, payments, adding API and secure flight data and ticketing.

Shirley-Ann O’Neill, Sales & Marketing Manager for British Airways’ Groups Travel Hub said “This specialized Groups service will save travel companies time and open up access to flights in advance, so agents can now confirm their clients travel arrangements for the London 2012 Games. Using market leading technology, agents will have complete control to make group reservations online, so that they can maximize sales opportunities and avoid disappointment by booking early.”
